Refund Policy

Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3 business days. However, delivery times may extend up to 10 business days due to carrier delays.

Tracking information will be provided automatically via email once your order ships.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring secure receipt of deliveries.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Stolen packages.
  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • Deliveries made to apartment common areas, mailrooms, or unsecured locations.
