SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic small-molecule pan-agonist of the estrogen-related receptor (ERR) family, designed strictly for laboratory investigation of nuclear receptor-mediated metabolic gene programs, mitochondrial biogenesis pathways, and oxidative phosphorylation dynamics.
This compound activates ERRα, ERRβ, and ERRγ isoforms at nanomolar concentrations in cell-based reporter assay systems.
