Certificate of Analysis library
Every lot AVYN has released, with the certificate attached. Certificates stay published after a lot sells out, so a result cited in a paper remains verifiable years later. Search by lot number, compound or assaying laboratory.

Release panel
What every certificate reports
The same six checks run on every lot in the catalogue. Where a compound needs a technique outside this panel, the certificate names the extra method and its result.
-
Step 1
Identity by LC-MS
Every lot is confirmed against its expected mass before anything else runs. Modifications that matter — cyclisation, acetylation, fatty-acid linkers, disulfide bridges — are verified individually rather than inferred from the intact mass.
-
Step 2
Appearance
Visual inspection of the lyophilized cake against a written standard. Colour, cake integrity, collapse and residual moisture are recorded per vial, not per batch.
-
Step 3
Purity by HPLC-UV
Reverse-phase separation with the detection wavelength matched to the compound — 214 nm for most peptides, 210 nm for short chains with no chromophore, 254 or 260 nm for the small molecules. Method conditions are printed on the certificate.
-
Step 4
Net Content
Actual fill weight measured against label claim and reported as a percentage. A vial labelled 10 mg that contains 8.7 mg is a failed lot regardless of how pure those 8.7 milligrams are.
-
Step 5
Multi-Vial Conformity
Six vials per lot for single-component products, eight to ten for blends, capsules and GLP-class compounds. Testing one vial tells you about one vial; conformity testing is what makes a lot statement meaningful.
-
Step 6
Endotoxin
Bacterial endotoxin quantified by LAL method and reported in EU/mg against a stated limit. Recorded as not applicable, with the reason given, for solid oral forms and solvents.
