Certificates stay published indefinitely, including for lots that have sold out, so historical data remains citable.

Which lab released a given lot is stated on that lot's certificate. AVYN does not release material on internal data alone. Where a compound needs a technique outside the standard panel — ICP-MS copper stoichiometry for GHK-Cu, GC-FID for the diluent, content uniformity for capsules — the certificate names the method used.

Unopened, sealed items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Once a vial's seal is broken the material cannot be verified as uncontaminated and is not returnable, which is standard practice for research chemicals. If a shipment arrives damaged, or a lot fails an independent assay under the terms of the Purity Guarantee, that is handled as a replacement or refund and is not subject to the sealed-item rule.

Most lyophilized peptides go straight to a −20 °C freezer, desiccated, in the sealed vial. Exceptions are listed on each product page and in the Storage & Stability reference: the small molecules and the two-residue bioregulator are stable at 2–8 °C, and the diluents and empty vials are room-temperature items. Reconstituted solutions belong at 2–8 °C, with a working window that varies from seven to thirty days depending on the compound — always the shortest component in a blend.

A 5 mg fill of a low-density lyophilized peptide occupies very little volume and can look like a thin film or a few grains rather than a visible cake, and material can shift onto the stopper in transit. This is why net content is measured gravimetrically and published — the certificate for your lot states actual fill against label claim as a percentage. Tap the vial down before reconstituting. If the certificate figure is in range, the fill is correct regardless of how it looks.

The laboratory diluent — sterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol — is the default for most lyophilized material and permits repeated puncture of the same vial over 28 days. Use the 0.6% acetic acid solution only for compounds that dissolve poorly in neutral water; it is explicitly the wrong choice for the GLP-class analogs, which gel at acidic pH.
