Kisspeptin-10 (KP-10) is a synthetic decapeptide research reagent corresponding to the C-terminal active fragment of the KISS1 gene product.
Sequence: Tyr-Asn-Trp-Asn-Ser-Phe-Gly-Leu-Arg-Phe-NH₂. It is a potent, well-characterized natural ligand for the KISS1R receptor (GPR54) — a class A Gq-coupled GPCR located at chromosome 19p13.3 (NCBI Gene, updated March 2026).
Supplied as a lyophilized powder with ≥99% purity by RP-HPLC, LC-MS identity confirmation, and verified C-terminal amidation. Not for consumption, parenteral administration, or any application outside a controlled laboratory setting.
